ARMS support for PCS 2019 pay campaign

PCS has recently announced a ballot of members in support of its 2019 pay claim. PCS members in the civil service will be balloted for industrial action over pay from 18 March to 29 April. The decision by the NEC to launch the ballot was unanimous. It follows an effective, large scale consultation with members, reps, branches and Groups.

What we can do

This year there are improved phone banking arrangements and increased plans for organising activity. These improvements will enable volunteers to do more in their own area (or even from home) to support the unions campaign.

All ARMs members who wish to help PCS should register their interest on the PCS website by indicating their willingness to become a "pay campaign volunteer." If you are unable to register you should contact your region/nation secretary or give me a call.
